Currently i am at Two. That is the pre-load adjusters not the damping adjust...

155 on the 331 towards Alsershot, i have all standard bits apart from Quill exhausts. I must say since adjusting my front folks, doing that sort of speed seems alot smoother. Not that im up at the top end of the scale that much, boys in blue are every where down at the sharp end

Checked my wiring from battery all the way to front end, under the clocks there is a 3 way block that had popped out, took about 2 1/2 hours.
saved myself a fortune, might just go and buy some bits instead.
