Just been told GLASS value would put this at £3300 so doesnot sound too bad.

Looking at a 52 plate new model Firestorm, standard apart from bellypan and hugger, full Honda SH...immaculate condition and only 6k miles.

Price is £2995 from a Honda Dealer...good price or not?

Well the speedo and revs seem to be back to normal now, however the temp gauge rises as the revs increase. Not had chance to strip everything down and check the connections, such an irritating fault!! :x

I will be the first thing I do at lunchtime, I am assuming there are various block connectors around the back of the clocks that need looking at...I just found it strange that the gauages were flicking all the way round the dial, with a loose connection I would expect either a reading or not, my ...

Staff,

It is quite usual to have a slight amount of oil in the airbox as well as condensation and some fuel. Too much oil normally indicates an overfilling and the oil breather may have allowed some oil back into the airbox.
