Took the bike outside today, Brake lines too long and braided oil lines slightly wrong bore better safe than sorry. I hope you get to see it finally taking shape.

So Far Giles Rear sets, CBR 600 RR complete Front end, Magneti Lightweight racing battery, Ducati Monster seat, LED front head light, Samco hoses.

Cafe Racer nearly finished

So close to the finish but the electrics are slowing things down, having to shorten front and back to suit before I can finish the rear sub frame and exhausts. For those interested the CBR 600 rr 03/ 04 forks is a straight swap, bearings all match up perfectly. You gain complete adjustment, better brakes, lighter front end and quicker steering geometry. But proofs in the pudding as they say.

Still loads to do, got really stung on some Ebay rear sets, waited a month for them then turned out to be different to the one's on the ad. So still looking for rear sets. The next big job is the rear sub frame rebuild and the hiding of electrics. Gone with a small race battery to simply free up spa...

A few PSI off the recommended pressure can result in excessive tyre movement if you don't attack your riding every time you go out look for dual compound tires as the Storm can ea...
