just had bike service by locl mechanic who works for a large chain up here gave me the good news all is well it already has manual ccts and the bike looks in very good shape only bought it 5 weeks ago so very happy with my purchase.

i did fall in love with a red triumph daytona 600 in red with a union jack on the front fairing before i bought my vtr but fancy a triumph tiger style bike for the rougher weather

well polish mine today looks like im not getting out wet and miserable had a great run up the coast with a pal yesterday listening to the roar of his gsxr1000 nice machine

tweaks
hi all looking to tweak my bike a bit but nothing to spoil its original look thats the reason i bought it someone talked about drilling holes in end of exhaust but cant find the thread any other suggestions im no mechanic but can handle a spanner and drill etc

just checking my bike notice a lot of play on the gear pedal /arm its on a large pivot bold is it normally the arm that wears guessing it is as its a softer looking metal ? cheers in advance

just bought 2 piece leathers off ebay wasnt sure about buying second hand but just bought my bike payed insurance tax etc for a year and bought new textile jacket and trousers but bid on them due to it being a local guy and not dissapointed 35 quid and there in great condition and an excellent fit
