I had an 02 storm, the fan would kick in when in traffic at 105 and cool to 100 before switching off, it's common to be in the mid 90's on a normal run in the summer and high 80's to low 90's in cold weather.

i moved from paisley about 3 years ago, never really went to avuss much but their stock always looks good.

When i was trying to start mine from cold i'd turn it over without the choke, then open the choke about 3/4 and hit the starter again, that would normally have it going first time.
