Re: Air filter mod?
Cheers Alastair and Scott for your opinions  As you say Alastair it's not going to cost a lot to try it. I like the bit about glueing it back if I don't like it  Scott, that bar in the airbox is fixed in on all of them afaik with two screws, so like you say easy to replace if needed. ...

P.s I didn't have to cut the bar shaped piece out of mine, as it was held in by two screws, so can easily be put back...

Re: careers,pah!!!
Kev if they can see it winds you up, they'll keep on doing it. It's not easy, since it probably still stings, but try and make light of it and act like it doesn't bother you. They'll soon lose interest when you don't rise to it mate. Trust me I've worked with some of the biggest pisstakers in the b...

Re: coolant
No probs, thanks. I'll use the premix next time then. I used the neat version and mixed it mi self (tap water) in traffic the temp gauge always goes straight o half and kicks the fan in.
I'll see if premix keeps it a bit cooler thanks for the pointers

Re: coolant
Was just curious if it could be done or any benifits
Re: coolant

Well my ride setup is standard (I'm guessing yours isn't otherwise why would it keep falling over) So I'll measure the distance of the bottom of my side stand to the floor when holding the bike upright. That way you'll then be able to work out what size...

So I have a 14t front sprocket and a standard rear, My light came on yesterday at 110 miles..... Does the sprocket change mean I got more or less miles then the reading of 110? Just curious  Depends what the standard is - can't remember - not sure I ever knew! If you have more teeth on the...
