Re: CCT Best make

The first ones from camchaintensioner_co_uk are great, seems much better engineered than my old APEs, which are troublefree anyway ...

Re: Exhaust cam as intake?

No benefit, and lift is actually lower on exhaust cams if i remember correctly. Try to measure them, it is easy, just deduct round diameter from total lobe height.

the engine is now proper bling :)

What do plan with the cams? Just precise setting, or changing the timing? And cams profiles will be stock ones?

Re: From 107 to 128

dynojet slide springs are softer and you can buy them for reasonable price through dynojet dealer. Just find out the part number listed in dynojet kit. At least this was possible few years ago.

nice one lloydie, I always liked this blade, especially with weird 16 wheel sorted.
Consider better lower triples, difference is big :)

I have these aggro looking ones with 96 blade forks. Medium height and fits perfectly. Cannot manage to show the picture ... https://www.discovolantemoto.co.uk/Tarozzi-adjustable-clipons-semi-high https://imgshare.io/images/2021/01/26/cocpit.jpg https://imgshare.io/images/2021/01/26/cocpit.jpg

Hi Mike, glad you´ve started this project, fingers crossed for good result. Regarding decking head, assuming your pistons have 10.6 CR with original head, 0.025 (0.635mm) should bring you 11.5-11-6 CR, which is still fine. For 11.0 CR you need approx 0.011" (0.28mm) head skim with Mori pistons....

It is made from fresh A123 cells followers, 8 cells bonded together in 3d printed case and quick connector. There can be balancer fitted, but there are doubts if it ...
