1 Rottweiler and 1 RottweilerxBullmastiff.
Both aged 4, great dogs, the rottie is a bit greedy though.

Re: PC3 USB Maps

Just had a pc fitted on my SP. The mechanic had to download all the maps off the Dynojet site then pick the one he wanted. It just wouldn't let him download one map individually. This was on Saturday so could be a problem on the Dynojet site? Oh and what a difference it has made!! along with gearing...

Re: Bloody Hornetto.

I know the feeling. My zx6 used to eat clutch cables as well, really annoying and they always snap in the worst possible place to be/on the way to work :x .
Had decent bikes since with hydraulic clutches :D The sp clutch is lovely.

Re: Top speed

I usually bottle out about 130 ( exept in Germany but that wasn't on the Storm ). Never went quicker than that on the Storm and rarely on bikes since I'm quite tall and weigh as much as a coke can + leathers so I have to tuck right in and hold on for dear life ...... uncomfortable.

Re: SP1 Fun and games

i'd be tempted to go for these... imho these are the only 3 colour schemes that work with the sp1 and sp2. http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Bodywork-Fairing-for-Honda-VTR1-YZFR1000-RC51-SP-1-SP-2-00-01-02-03-04-05-06-AD-/310701168410?pt=UK_Motorcycle_Parts_13&hash=item48573b971a http://www.ebay.co.uk/...

Re: what cover?

Oxford Stormex or R&G Superbike cover, not the cheapest though. The R&G medium size one is a perfect fit on the Firestorm, straps underneath. I sold it with my bike. Got a small shed now which is superb. Still have the Stormex cover if you want it.

Re: This belong to anyone on here?

Yep, you've all pretty much said what I was thinking re cct's & grips. At that price and time of year I think it will be on for a while, will keep my eye on it and do some more thinking

Re: SP1 Advice

If you can keep it and repair it then that is what I'd be doing, I know as with a lot of other things it all comes down to finance! Re the exhausts, I did that when I binned my storm, just shortened the right can by an inch and a half and nobody ever knew not even the fella who bought it. Easy to do...

Re: SP1 Advice

If it's possible then defo go and have a look at it, see exactly what the damage is for yourself. The price seems very low, mileage may put some off but it comes with history....that full service history?
I like mine and have had no problems at all although mileage wise it's only just been run in lol.
