Nice job I have just repaired my fairing using plastex works a treat just file in a groove over the split tape on back to stop it running through apply powder the a few drops of the liquid and leave to set takes upto an hour depending on depth ..then on inside do the same or if it needs more strengt...

Ok from rear tdc to front tdc after 450º exhaust cam was 2 teeth low and inlet cam also 2 teeth low have removed broken front cct lifted cams out and re aligned timing so far looking good ...just going to check shims then stopper mod to new cct and replace. . Then crank it round and see if it's ok ....

I will try and get some photos up off the timing marks .. the rear was checked and all lined up ok then checked the shims and all is good .. crank then moved on to front cylinder probably turned it round 3 or 4 times as I kept missing the FT mark through the window ( which is too small and I wish th...

Hi there after a bit of advice firstly my f2 doesn't appear to have a fuel tap , it looks like a vacuum switch instead is this normal ? because disconnecting the tank as its full could be a bit of a problem.. secondly I appear to have a cct failure I have checked the rear and all seems fine cams lin...

I've used Dunlop qualifiers for a year now and all through winter ,
not had any problems . They are good but they dont like the snow much...

Ok will not try restarting and pull her apart on friday I did buy a few bits to convert the ccts to manual as an interim while I saved for the manuals ...basically a couple of stainless m6 nuts and bolts and a tube of loctite is it worth doing that still or just rip them out and wait for the proper ...

Ohh tits.. I am now a broken man.. fired her up this morning..just putting my lid on and theres a bang and then sound of something flying down through the engine. ..have the nasty feeling that a cct has just let go ... was on tick over just warmed up.
