Im lucky in a kinda way with the sprag clutch as its located near the starter motor on the later version with its own cover though i do say only thing that put me off was price on parts 80 quid for a rear brake pedal is pretty steep especially when i bought some aftermarket rear sets for a little mo...

+1 on that always works for me even with car wheel bearingsbigtwinthing wrote:When your putting them back in put the bearings in the freezer overnight that works too, they almost push in by hand providing you clean the housings.

Update so far have got the solenoid on and all good and the rag crash bung fitted now insured and taxed and went for a little run saturday afternoon and runs sweet so very happy just need the rear sets keep pressing for the rear brake and forgetting it is not there oopps

So when you are going round a corner is it washing out towards the outside of the corner you are going round ? If so then this would be the rebound needs 1/4 of a turn if you just want it set give 100% suspension a call they are imo the best at set ups and at a reasonably cheap cost. I have had my t...

New starter solenoid on and now running on the button just awaiting new top engine mount crash bung and some new rear sets did not go for triumph ones as they would cost what i paid for the bike hopefully get it on the road for the weekend to try it out

If you want to keep the silencers standard you can get a cheap aftermarket set for example http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Dominator-Exh ... 2c7884c254 I have these fitted tomy track vtr sound good and cheap to replace imo

+1 with Wicky you can take it apart i had the same issue with my silver storm you can get a cheap cbr600 one that matches up fine there quite a range that use the same starter motor

Well managed to get time to mess about with it for a few hours yesterday and by passed the solenoid bike started no noises runs very sweet so at least that is all good now to fix and replace the bits over winter ready for next summer thanks for the help full info and replies
