Well here she be..I changed the cactus that has served me pretty well . Iv been wanting a we van for a while and as Van's go its had a very easy life. My brother in law is type 1 too. He was a pretty handy cyclist but it screwed him for a while. He's now back to training hard and racing but he completely changed his diet. Initially cutting out most carbs and cycling very, very slowly to encourage fat and protein burning instead. Sugar is OK when ...

Pretty much anything will be lighter than standard, the ones you mention iv not used but others seem to rate them. lextex ,black widow etc all seem to get reports that arnt crap at least.. links and cans are fine on a storm, yes you can get downpipes from the like of Akra and moriwaki but they will ...
