Re: I Bought It With a Knock
When I was a kid, I accidentally put a long bolt where there was supposed to be a short bolt and punched through into a water jacket. Ever since then, I've used the bolt punch card method, just like you. It's simple, doesn't take much time at all, and you really can't screw it up... unless there are...

Re: Welding Questions Help
So, the C-clip has nothing to seat into? What about using a Dremel tool (rotory tool) and use a cutoff blade and make the groove where the C-clip goes a little deeper. Then, squeeze the existing C-clip, so it has tension when fitted. Would this work?

Ah, someone that used the Sigma jet kit! How did you like it? What did it come with? Did the kit tell you to clip the carb slide spring?
I have never heard someone refer to thier motorcycle working better as being "fruity". That's ah...yeah, that's a new one.![Laughing ](./images/smilies/icon_lol.gif)

Im having issues as well. My iPad app keeps freezing. Everytime I try to get the link info from the drop down menu, the app freezes. Haven't been able to post pictures online for a few weeks now. Sucks! Won't let me upload pictures either.

Re: Ohlins set up?
Just bought this exact shock, used. Thought it would be an awesome shock for street use and maybe a track day or two. Thanks for posting that information! According to that link, Ohlins says this shock needs a rebuild every ~19,000 miles of street riding. And I just got a quote of $250 for a rebuild...

Re: Factory Pro HDJ needle jet
They make 12 step programs for us ya know :P This is an awesome idea! Those extra holes are tiny. Such an odd shape too. Figured it would be a round hole, not a trapazoid. How the heck did they make those? What are they doing that makes it necessary to give them your carbs? Aren't these just new jet...

Nice! I like the red, white, & blue colors. With the different fairing, do you have any issues with overheating?

Clear powder coat those puppies! Man, you spent a lot of time on that. It looks fantastic!
I'm sorry if it was answered before, but why did it take so long to remove the paint? Paint stripper and a Dremel should've made quick work of it.

Re: Antigravity Battery
I read as much of the FAQ as I could. Did they really think that a white background and a light grey font was easy to read? Damn I have a headache. It seems like they really don't like Ballistic and Shorai! I like thier product. I was going to build my own battery pack from A123 cells, but if I can ...

Re: Kids these days....set to Benny Hill....
That was pretty funny. When I was a kid, my Dad let me stay up late and watch Benny Hill on channel 10 PBS. There was always an episode with a woman in her bra and undies. My Dad rocks for bringing me up right ![Mr. Green ](./images/smilies/icon_mrgreen.gif)

Remember the old Wile E. Coyote and Road Runner cartoons when they would freeze the screen and have some funny latin words underneath?
