Exact same thing happened to me, and need a new battery. Can anyone post a link to a decent site please?
Mine is a 1998 model, are they all the same size?
Thanks in advance

WANTED: Indicator/High Beam Switch Gear
Hi Peeps My indicator and high beam switch is not working as it should, this is because my bike has been left out in the rain a few times and now the switches are sticking. Re: Free Play In Clutch Lever
I have just gave the clutch lever a few "pumps" and saw lots of air bubbles come through the reservoir, and the clutch feels normal now.
As wicky says there must be a leak somewhere, I'll definitely keep an eye on this.
Thanks again lads

Free Play In Clutch Lever
Hi Peeps Just wondered if you could help me... My bike has only been stood idle for about 4 weeks and I've found I have free play (about an inch) in my clutch lever before I feel resistance. Ive noticed that the reservoir was empty so this looks like my problem, I have topped it back up but do I nee...

Re: Indicators flashing to fast.
I've just replaced my rear indicators, I bought them off the flea of evil. I was scratching my head wondering why the relay was flashing too fast and it turns out my rear bulbs were 10w rather than 21w. The stumpy bulbs (R10's) don't come in a 21w version so I've made a power resistor that I've link...

Re: Spyball Alarm Removal
Well, today I tackled the loom change and everything went well.
So may I take this opportunity to thank Carl and MacV2 for their help and advice, much appreciated.
By the way it took me 10 hours, not 1.5 (I did have to repair my rear indicator connection due to corrosion)

Scorpion Ovals (High Level) NOW SOLD!!
Due to the purchase of new exhausts, I am selling my Stainless high level Scorpion cans to fit a 1998 (onwards) VTR. They are in very good condition with no scratches or dings, although they will need some autosol and elbow grease to bring the underneath of the pipes back to new condition. They come...
