Was chatting to Daz from NWB about the reg I think the easiest method would be to transfer the V5 as is(to save his mrs from the form filling,transfer reg,retention etc.) Then put the reg on retention (for sale) then the frame can be sold with a V5 with an age related plate and the reg sold separate...
