Thanks for the replies, and yes it is a shame the fairing needed trimming, but as I mentioned, it's not an obvious thing, and doesn't spoil the look of the bike. The other thing I forgot to mention is because I've set the bars further out and back, I now don't have the good rear view from the mirror...

Apparently the issue with them is it takes a long time to figure out which position you prefer to have them in!

I suppose you could have different positions for general riding, and touring...? :cool2

Hi Matt, good to see another Taff on here! Shame discs are keeping your beastie off the road though. Wonder if you can change the front wheel/fork off a (different make/model) bike with complete discs??? It might be cheaper if you can find one breaking. Never know what will fit....?
