Re: US/UK VTR Project.
Tank is hooked up but the engine doesn't seem to be getting fuel. There is a suction sound when opening the tank after running it. Suggestions? Sorry, didn't get a picture of the hose connections. http://i290.photobucket.com/albums/ll261/chrisgreer23/1998%20Honda%20VTR1000F/20150306_071240_zpslzzhhy...

Re: US/UK VTR Project.
The tank I have has been fitted with a "Varadero" tap. Am I to assume this is from a different bike?

Re: US/UK VTR Project.
Can someone let me know what tubes need to be connected to the new 19l tank? I'll post pictures in a second of the fuel tap that was fitted. When taking off the old tank, I only remember three tubes coming off, two large and a smaller one.

Re: US/UK VTR Project.
I havnt taken many pictures of the work ive done so far but here is at least one. Ive actually gotten much further. The us frame is now bolted in place. Few things left to do: mount the tail light (the mounting tabs on the inside of the tail fairing is broken), remount the front forks, mount the new...

Re: US/UK VTR Project.
This colorful bike is getting a framectomy. The US frame I have from the black bike will go into this one. The only other things im going to do is add a 19l tank (currently in the mail) and a Penske rear shock. I have one more part to go on this bike but im not saying what it is until I change the f...

Re: US/UK VTR Project.
Work will begin shortly. Was going to part out the black bike but I think I have a buyer for the entire lot.
