Just put new lines on a friends bike had the same problem, used a clear pipe a syringe held the lever in with elastic bands and used the syringe to pull it though. Then bleed it as u would normally this method saves hours

Yeah I had two attempts at the second mirror , like u said trying to match was had but looks ok, my mirrors were scratched so looks a lot better

Yeah there is so many different carbon fibre patterns out there, I phoned one company to get 2 heal plates, mirrors and 2 engine casings and they wanted £250 so that's why I thought I would give it a go for £70 for the kit there is enough film to do 5 meters

Any of the vtr1000 forum members going to this years Isle of Man tt. Just finishing paying for the ferry can't wait now

That's what i thought until I tried it, water has to be 30 degrees, film has to be placed down in the water trying not to get any bubbles under it, leave it there for 1 minute and then spray the activator on the film .
