I've got exactly the same problem. My r/r is permanently connected to negative terminal of the battery (connection nice and clean ) and still when you rev it voltage drops to low 13. I have a feeling it's generator at fault and will have to run some tests in my spare time. Not too sure when that hap...

Well I had my off last year just before Christmas, front wheel lost it on patch of black ice which I did not see at 1am , very low speed so no big damage, just a few scratches so hopefully I'll be Ok this year.
