After finally checking the bike over after a good clean , discovered it has already fitted manual ccts
So pretty chuffed that job is done :-) now is the question tho ! I'm still getting tapping when it's warm intermittent so do I adjust ????

Does the noise disappear when you pull the clutch lever in. We need more info or a sound clip to help here as noises are very difficult to diagnose over the internet. (:-}) Noticed another noise apart from timing Chain , when I let clutch out in neutral I can hear the bearing , are they easy to ...

I'm just concerned with the ccts after reading about them on here , how do you like yours ??

Exhaust straight now , rear foot peg bracket was slightly bent pushing the exhaust inwards , quick bend out wards and exhaust looks sweet !!

Hi there new on here myself and everyone has pointed me in the direction of you bazza for ccts , can you also please advise me of your prices please ?

Sounds good , gunna plan to do ccts myself but how do I get these manuals off bazza ?? How much are they ??
Does anyone know why only 1 of my cans is on a strange angle ??

Loving the vtr by the way and not even got proper acquainted with her yet , bring on dry sunny days

I was out for around 30 mins then it started but 5 mins later it stopped then came back again
Original ccts as far as I'm aware I will record tomorrow if it starts again

It's not the chain as it's on its stand , sounds like it's around engine casing area
But can't be certain it's whereabouts

I've just bought my first 98 plate vtr with 7700 miles !
Been out 3 times and noticed a tapping noise but it's intermittent ,
It's gone now but at the time it was loud ! Any info on this would be much appreciated thanks
