Re: 2006 Petcock Kit

Maybe. The compatibility shows all years. That would suggest the the internals are the same even though the petcock is different. I'm guessing that your bike has the 19L tank, which was never used on the US imported bikes. I really don't know enough about the bigger tank to be of any help. I will ad...

Re: 2006 Petcock Kit

What are you calling "the pump"? None of the models had a pump. Is it the petcock you are referring to?
Number 7 in the diagram?

Re: Correct (suitable) cabling/connector blocks

Possibly not a source because of the US location, but it is a good resource for figuring out what the connectors are. I have purchased from them and they are a solid seller. Also go with a quality wire, more strands of copper and cross linked insulation. The wire is going to be costly, depending how...

Re: leaking petrol under tank

Another possibility, though less likely, is the o-ring that seals the fuel level sending unit. It's another rubber bit.

While the problem sounds electrical. Repeat your load test with the enrichment (choke) pulled out. Don't know if a failing petcock would restrict the flow of fuel and cause what your experiencing.

Re: Radial clutch MC. Cylinder size

Also using Brembo clutch master from a 09'-11' Ducati Monster. Pull is a bit lighter, but also using an Oberon slave. https://i.postimg.cc/V5S9RnPF/Screenshot-2021-02-01-Stampa-di-fax-a-pagina-intera-oppracing-10-8101-20-brembo-pdf.png https://i.postimg.cc/vcfrRyBg/Screenshot-2021-02-01-Stampa-di-fa...

Re: lights on all the time

Did the conversion to the euro pass to flash switch a few years ago. This is the part number, 35020-mbb-640. Don't know if they are still available. Don't remember exactly how I did it, but if I can, it wasn't that hard. Used this pin out to sort the wires (thanks Eric). You'll need a pick to remove...

Blackbird clutch lever is the same part no as the late Storm one... They are both different to the early Storm part number... However the VFR800 is the...

Re: what have you done to your "bike" today

From an '09-'11 Monster 1100. The stock axial masters limited the positioning of the bars. They look better, but the real reason was to improve the ergonomics a bit. Closer, but still not exactly where I want to be. What I need is for Tommaselli to offer the riser part of the clip-on with a bit mor...
