This insted of finishing more important projects

Removed the plastics to straighten the fins on the oil cooler and thought, why not new masters on both sides, braded lines, and a new clutch slave?

Sounds like an air lock. Fill the rad at the filler cap on the side stand, then start the engine. Wearing gloves, squeeze the large pipe that runs through the frame, you should see the level drop in the filler neck. Add more coolant when that happens and repeat. While stainless might be fine, in such a critical area I would only use OEM or exact equivalent.
