Re: what have you done to your "bike" today
New pads front and rear, new seals on the front right caliper as it was weeping, replaced all the bulbs in the dash so I can now see how fast I am going at night, fitted some spacers on the LED indicators so they sit better and fitted a twin headlight conversion (having already fitted lighting relay...

Re: What are you currently ignoring on your bike?
That the lights on my speedo and rev counter largely don't work. Sometimes they do...but mostly not.
Nothing that looking for loose connections wouldn't sort out but hey this isn't the "what have you done" thread is it

Red tail fairing
Afternoon all. Does anyone have a red tail fairing lurking in a dusty corner? Doesn't need to be show standard but not too horrendous either. I have checked Ebay and only non-standard colours and broken ones are about. :? I have finally acknowledged that I am not going to respray the bike for a whil...

Alternator cover inspection hole screw
Being on the very cutting edge of excellence I didn't tighten up the inspection bolt/screw that covers the smaller of the two holes in the alternator cover properly last time I took it off. I went out for a bit of a blast last night and it has now parted company with the bike   An...

Mine uses a fair amount of oil but then it has an oil leak so I shouldn't be surprised! I am ignoring it and hope it will heal itself like a cut on a finger.

Re: What are you currently ignoring on your bike?
For the last 1500 miles or so I have been ignoring my CCTs....
Did the stopper mod today so now the fear is gone!
May have to stop ignoring the fact that my fairing is red and my tank and tail are orange next....

Re: CCT (Cam Chain Tensioner) Fail Safe Mod. (aka Stopper Mo
Superb guide thanks mate! Made the job nice and straight-forward.   Did drink tea and stare at the bike before starting it though. If anyone is thinking of doing this who can't visualise what the tool is doing in the end of the CCT then starting with the front CCT allows you to se...
