Re: How to Adjust the Throttle Position Sensor (TPS)

Tip for doing this quickly....No need to take carbys off. Leave harness connected to TPS. Remove connector from ecu located left rear under seat. Probe corresponding wires with multimeter there and adjust TPS. Takes about 5mins.

Re: How to balance your carbs

Check your TPS and do the Bernie Morgan air filter mod, that will help it smooth out. Adjusted my TPS today. I did it by just removing the seat and probing the wires at the ignition module. Was able to get at the TPS easy enough with the seat off too. It was at 758ohms. Have adjusted it to 500. Hav...

You should be in 5K in fourth then, just picking up nicely. Stir it up ((c) Bob Marley) What was i thinking? I was thinking im...

Whats your fuel screw setting? Any puss of black smoke? Whats your jetting? How is the air filter? Whats ...

Re: How to balance your carbs

Did a carb balance doing a minor adjustment. Seems to have made a slight difference but can still feel a vibration. I can feel it when i...

I dont want to have to remove the fiddly blanking plug to go to different stores only for them to not have one etc. Does anyone know the type and size of thread at all? Ive only just bought my 03 ...
