i gave it a quick autosol after changing grades just to see how things were coming along. and be sure to use the wet and dry wet when you get up to 400 and above otherwise itll mark the surface

alot of wet and dry and about 3000 tubs of elbow grease mate lol. basically you need to get yourself an assortment of wet and dry. i used 80 160 240 480 800 1200 1500 2000 its just a case of removing your fairings and sanding the frame down with the lowest grade and then moving up to the highest gra...

i hung mine from the rafters but ive also held it on the sidestand in the past whils someone chucks a couple of blocks under the sump which you can rest it back onto

few general questions

1) damn squeeky brakes, had 5 minutes in work today so i took the pads out and copper greased the backs of them, copper greased the sliders and even put copper grease on the rattle plate thing on the top. still squeeking like a crazy 1. any ideas how to stop it?? 2) what sort of bolts do i need to c...

i had the same vibration through the footpegs. turned out to be a few tightspots in the chain, probably down to naffed cush drive rubbers. all is good now though :D
