Had a visit from graham on his storm this morning- it looks fine and sounds finer !!!!

Just get a ticket on mine next wednesday and we'll have a convoy of metallic blue ones !!!!

Thanks for the picture dark So its the breather pipe at the front on the left - really hard to get it on the airbox spigot. We undit this at the cam cover end which allows you to pull the pipe up a bit and onto the airbox spigot before settling the airbox down again. Then connect the pipe back to th...

I think the confusion is with my description of what we did so i'll try again. Breather pipe is located as it should be , through heat shield/plastic cowl. If you them disconnect pipe from cam cover you can then get enough movement upwards of the pipe so you can push it onto the airbox spigot before...

What is this heat shield?

Is it the 'plastic cowl' as referenced In the mcct installation guide .

I have done two of these before helping graham so very confused now.

The parts diagram doesnt help with my confusion !!!

Great morning spent with graham today. We got the carbs on - only problem being those damned solderless nipples needed on the extended cables for the raised bars Plastic trims then airbox and i have to say came up with a blinder to fit that damned front breather pipe to the airbox - just disconnect ...

Sometimes two sets of eyes works !!!!

Lever looked good but did not gave correct slot machined for the push rod into the master cylinder.

Looking forward to seeing this bike on our local roads

If we hadnt found one rear exhaust clearances out of range we would have had both tensioners fitted, but we got the front one done and graham knows what tappet shim he needs now. Turned out to be the flasher unit!!!!

Got one from evil bay and it works a treat - added bonus is it makes a loud audible click
