Like i said m8 sounds to me like your pilot jet is blocked , the pilot jet works with the airscrew and the slide cutaway up until around 1/2 throttle and the main jet takes over from there so when this jets blocked it gives the simptoms that you describe. Mines a poor fit as well but if you look there a gap in the plastic for using throwover panniers and thats why the seat isnt a closer fit.

Oh and why not use a normal paddock stand they are good if you spend and get a micron or another good one , just dont buy one for £25 as they are shite :evil:
