Re: What's opinions of the divy 9
Mmmmmmmm.....you're all really making me have second thoughts now, probably no wonder the guy's chapping at the bit wanting to swap after I said maybe but would need to see and ride his first. I'll probably be glad to get back on mine and bugger off if that's the case  Like you all say, they're...

What's opinions of the divy 9
I got contacted from somebody offering me one for the vtr, they saw an old advert... It's a 99 T all original and excellent cond, 17/8000mls, I always read they were boring/mundane but very reliable...I though about it as I'm in the throws if maybe getting a flat bar conversion for mine anyway. What...

Re: handlebar conversion
Ah right, cheers
I was looking at one from the f2 9 but as you even if the forks are the same it's the offset
Why can't honda be the same as suzook as the rf9 is the same as the bandit 12 as the 12's yoke fits straight on

Re: handlebar conversion
Cheers
I guess whether it's from the 6 or 9 it'll hopefully go straight on and everything lines up as it would cheaper to do that if the brakes lines still stretch to fit (as I think they do). I've got bars that would probably fit so all I'd need is lengthen the horn wire....job done

Re: handlebar conversion
Unless they've stopped making them I can't find it on their site, I guess it'd be under bars/risers I looked under a few others but it's not there
I know the bandit 12 top yoke ect fits straight on the rf9.....Is the anything from another Honda that fits the vtr

Re: handlebar conversion
BWT....just to say, wen you said you used a standard black top yoke, i guess you drilled it to put risers on, so i take it you just bought bars, risers and lines from Colin that right

Re: Is £5.30 Ok for back shock spacers
That's what I'll need to do or drop the exhaust to get the shock down far enough

Re: Is £5.30 Ok for back shock spacers
Just loosen the nut and drop the shock... Nope not on mine, only drops so far and hits exhaust and the big nut n bolt at the top that holds the shock to the mount that goes through the frame, you can't get in. Plus the battery box (which is part of the mudgaurd...well done Mr Honda for that design :...
