Changed coils today with a set off Macs many bikes but issue still there

Visit today from Steve Van Stub... His bike not mine...Changed the front discs, cleaned up the callipers a bit, put in new pads. Now he's been having this issue with it bogging down under load, on the way over to mine it cut out twice... So to eliminate one poss thing...we swapped the coils from Sm...

Check drain tube from the tank is clear, make sure that the vac tube going to the tap is not split, particularly at the end where is connects to the tap Check airbox for mouse nests. Check fuel tap diaphragm. Check tank filter. If you have a K+N or other oiled filter fitted, it may have been over-o...

bogging down under load
had a run out on bike yesterday was running fine @70 when i went to accelerate the engine responded at 1st then bogged down/ lost power 
runs fine around town accelerates ok but again under load bogs down again
any suggestions
