Yep my rectum, I mean rectifier, went last year and I replaced it with an R6 one after reading an article on this upgrade on the web.
The recifier came from e-bay for about a tenner.

Change brake line to Braided?
Hi All I'm thinking about putting some braided brake lines on the bike. Any recommendations (goodridge or other)? Is it worth it? (I guess it must be or others wouldn't do it) :D How easy is it? Last message on this subject. Got an R6 r/r off ebay -> £16.50. Fitted as per the site I mentioned in my first mail -> 5 minutes. Tested the voltage -> spot on. Went for a ride in blazing sunshine, helmsley, pickering, whitby, home ->smiles. Job done with a £125 saving. I love the internet :D Pete
