Re: Essex air ambulance bike run
Not quite mate. The air ambulance bike run is Sept 10th I think. Wednesday nights is the Great Bentley bike meet. Like Wicky said, it's a bit long in the tooth now and attracts all sorts but a night out none the less.

Good to know Wicky, was that not your reserved parking space then...
it was a good night last night other than the bad smash on the A130 near weeley roundabout. The air ambulance did us all proud though..

P3## OEW West Storm
Hi gents, I used to own a P reg storm that was sprayed in West McLaren colours back in 1998. Like the young fool I was, I sold it and have always wondered what happened to her. If anyone knows can you let me know, I would love to see the old girl again. Oh, this was in Suffolk but could be who knows...
Re: Misfire
Success!
Some fool had put the vac pipe on the wrong side of the diaphragm!!!
Once again thanks fells, I'm sure that would have stumped me for a while, even though it was self inflected!

Re: Misfire
I took the thing apart several times and didn't even see the one that points back. Obviously from your guys vast experience it must be and I'll be putting it on that one later and hopefully the world can revolve again. I'm sure the egg will wash off. Ears are always open 8) Thanks fellas everybody ...

Re: Misfire
I've put it on the one that points down at the bottom of the tank valve (is this the pitcock valve?) anyway it's on the bottom. On the tank you have the two fuel Ines on the aluminium shut of valve that come out diagonally and I've put the vac pipe on the smaller maybe 5 or 6mm nipple at the bottom ...
Re: Misfire
Hi Mac, Yea I have the vac pipe on the small port on the bottom of the tank valve between the two out lets. I have checked the vac pipe back to where it goes into the rear cylinder and there doesn't appear to be any tee. No kinks in any pipes that I can see, I've stripped the air box right off so I ...
Misfire
Hi Gents, I have just carried out a plug change on my Storm and I thought all was good. Went to take the bike out and it started misfiring like it was only running on one cylinder. I took the bike home, checked the plugs, all okay and fired it up in my garden. It runs sweet for a little while and th...

Hi Keef
I'm relatively new to the forum myself and found the guys who have replied to me really great. I've had a few storm in the past and just got myself a black P reg. needs nothing doing to it so obviously I'm going to pull it to bits!? Lol
Good luck with your storm mate

Branded lines
Hi All,
Probably a silly question but can you pinch branded brake lines with mowle grips in the same way you can rubber ones? Not sure if this will destroy the brade or inner? I want to service the calipers.
Thanks
