my vtr1000f pulsate when it idle, I have put in a stage two jet kit, it did start right after but it pulsates between 1100 to 1400. it runs great when I am on the road and it doesn't die when I am idle it just pulsates. thank you for your in put!!!! The last bike I had was a TL1000R and you could buy a kit with jugs, positions, and crank that would make the bike a 1198. Of course it that was a Suk Ducati killer, I know that the vtr1000f is not in the same class, but it is still a good running bike

I have one of those pilot screwdriver and it is tricky at best to get it to work right. I put a jet kit in and put the pilot screw at 2 1/2 and the bikes runs great. It is nice to have the tool but it is not necessary to have, just my thoughts.

Is there anyone out the that make or has engine parts, like a big bore kit or values and springs etc. If anyone knows please let me know thank you

Don't give up, you are doing grant. My front end wash out two month after riding season start and I have been working on my bike for three week it will come together, just keep up with what needs to be done
