Re: Manual Cam Chain Tensioner Installation Guide (MCCT's)

I am aware that its not supposed to be 6mm up and 6mm down. I was under the impression I had that correct already. I will check that tonight and hopefully that will be the end to all this trouble

Re: Manual Cam Chain Tensioner Installation Guide (MCCT's)

I got the engine back in the correct timing. Installed and tightened the tensioners to there recommended tension. But I am still having problems with my front and rear chains jumping up and back down in the top of each stroke. Any ideas on what it might be?

Re: Manual Cam Chain Tensioner Installation Guide (MCCT's)

I forgot to mention that the chain was jumping after every revolution while trying to time the front cylinder. It would skip teeth. It would...

Re: Manual Cam Chain Tensioner Installation Guide (MCCT's)

Hey guys. I’m new to Superhawks and motorcycles in general so bear with me lol. I decided to replace my automatic cct’s and after some very in depth research and reading the tutorial on how to do it at least half a dozen times I got up the courage to start the endeavor. I took everything off and rem...
