After having a VFR and moving on to a Firestorm, the one thing I really miss is the swing arm, and I know I've seen threads about the subject, but has anyone had experience in the conversion?, if so any info would be much appreiciated

Thats a good question, probably sell them as a job lot with the nags, then me and the boys could make the house into a batchalor pad and I could keep all my new bikes in the dinning room (have to go wifes just walked in )

For me and the wife, the deal was- I get back into biking after a 10 year gap, and she gets back into horses. Mines a 98 model, it is an american import, which I think is identical to the UK bike except there is no light switch on LH controls, lights are on permenant 8) it in good nick for its age, I've put a hugger on, scottoiler, bar raisers and double bubble, I'd like after market cans when I can afford....

I fitted some Genmar Handle bar risers to my storm, they have risen the clip ons by 22mm and although I've only been out for a short spin I felt a big improvement on wrists and back and they were easy to fit.

Yes I cleaned plugs checked tyre pressures unplugged optimate and off we went smashing to be out again before the weather turns crap again It was nice to see how many riders had the same idea.
