Took a chance on GR Moto cans and link pipes. Look good, sound good, build quality good, value for money good. No jetting changes, runs fab and I run with baffles out (and ear plugs!) So it appears to achieve ULEZ compliance requires the fitting of two £145 catalytic converters - add labour and the test will be £600! It seems Christmas Day is only day ULEZ doesn't apply so I suggest a big ride out dressed as Santa via the mayors house.

Anyone got any further info on this pinking issues with aftermarket exhausts? I’m keen to remove my baffles but less keen to kill the engine.

got a mosfet unit from a bmw - will swap it out soon looks solid as a rock compared to old unit - im hoping i can do this road side as bike is still parked up where it died? have connectors and crimp toll and some grip ties which i hope will be enough to get me home before fitting properly also rere...

Did you ever find a North London mechanic? I use Burwins on Upper Street in Islington?
