Re: In 2024: Which CCT to go for and where to get it?

It's possible but you might find they are reluctant to fit aftermarket parts, some dealers wont even work on older bikes. If they do work on older bikes they will try to insist you fit OEM Honda parts. The lead mechanic at my local Honda store just happens to be a twostroke guy like myself. So I ...

Hi, I am not being ignorant to previous threads regarding this subject. I've searched and done my best in an attempt to understand the information I found. Being a twostroke only guy for 38 years, I find it difficult understanding and absorbing all the information I found. I wonder: Are there any of ...

How to get notification by email when someone replies to my threads?

As the subject says - where do I switch this option on?

Tachometer rests at 1500 rpm

Hi,

This is a new one to me.

The tachometer needle rests at 1500 rpm when the engine is not running.

It seems to me like it is correct when above 1500 rpm (My ear dyno).

Why would the tachometer needle rest at 1500 rpm?

Thank you.

Hello. From a new and proud owner in Norway

Hi fellow riders, I am a 57 year young male from Norway. For 38 years I've been a twostroke only guy. Aprilia RS125, Suzuki RG250, Suzuki RG500, Yamaha TZ250, Yamaha RD500, to mention a few. I still don't know just what happened, but from the time I started browsing for a new bike (I have a habbit ...
