on a standard engine a wet 30% increase is generally considered the maximum safe increase. but as we all know, 130hp in a storm is going to tear the cases in half so go for a bit lower. i say wet because being carb fed, it would have to run rich as feck to get it to run and produce power on dry gas ...

an oval section wouldnt adversely effect it. have you ever seen the old micron serpentine manifolds? i think the idea is to have a kind of venturi effect, bringing the faster moving air through the core and dragging the outer slower gasses with it edit: what you need is a flow bench or all this test...

ive researched this a lot and found this to be the correct part number NR750 part 53141-MT7-000 type the number in google if you like and see how many people say that its the hrc part also as i mentioned, i took out the push cable from my throttle and it works beautifully without. snappy and respons...

im sure if you went to a fasteners suppliers, an m22 fine BZP hex screw would cost a few pence if not free if it doesnt meet the minimum order charge.

the dust was unbelievable. ive painted it up in 3 light and 2 heavy coats of high build. just flattening it off with 600 then 800 and the results are pleasing at the moment
