Just a sore back and neck and bruised ego but other than that I'm OK. Lost it on a roundabout when the back swapped ends with the front. Road was really greasy so it caught me out. We slid for about 20 yards then both hit the kerb pretty hard. I ended up on the grass verge about 2 feet from a lamp p...

UPDATE!!!! Well took the wheel down to my local tyre place and the mechanic was a bike racer and all round good chap. He said the wheel was out of balance by about 15g which would be enough to give her a wobble. Took her home and tested on quiet dual carriageway and it's all good up to about 150. Af...

I've got Oxtar TCS and they are very comfy, hard wearing and you can walk round all day in them too.

Bit sqeaky though but with a bit of oil and fine adjustments with a sharp knife they are fine now.

Would buy another pair which I suppose is a good sign.

Front end wobble - thoughts???

Hey guys, My bike has developed a bit of a front end wobble when I hit a certain speed. The race head bearings are fine, the tyres themselves are fine so I am thinking wheel balancing. Getting that checked today but has anybody else experienced this? at 100mph she is fine, at 110 it starts to feel a...

To be honest now that I have the technique it's pretty easy and doesn't require any more lean angle than I already had when I was riding 'safely'!!!!! Had a much better touchdown on the way home this evening and it went down so easily. Thanks to the MCN guide on YouTube I now feel much more confiden...

Go Bradley Go!!!!

Well I for one was very excited to see young Brit Bradley Smith get a competitive bike for the 125 GP's this year and he certainly is doing the business in testing. http://www.motogp.com/en/motogp/motogp_news.htm?menu=news&news_id=21926&championship_id=1&section=1 It was painful to watch...

On the fuel front as Kaz has said 100 miles is normal if you are riding hard and doing most of your riding in town. I use mine for touring the continent every year and on the motorways at a steady 80 - 90 mph I have squeezed 153 miles on the 16.5 litre tank which is pretty good. Also pretty comfy ov...
