replacing front pads HELP
when i pull the old pads out,the pistons will be out too much to fit the new ones yes??? will i have to remove the the master cylinder cap to push the pistons back in???? while im at it if i decide to give the calipers a good clean up can i do the pistons without having to bleed them,if i dont pop ...

im no expert,but i think you mean the spring circlip in the groove around the top of the forks.
on mine this was just above the top of the clip ons 1mm.
i also measured the distance from the top yolk to the clip thingy and it was 35.5 mm

ive just fitted my progressive fork springs, hagons + 10w oil
+ hagon rear shock....
im 15 stone ish, riding on poorly finished roads,
any advice on settings?

WOW ME DONE IT !!!!!!!!!!!
not only did i do the rear shock (thanks to the reply i got) but i also decided to bang in the hagon fork springs too........im f in stocked....all i had was a car jack ,7.99 socket set,original honda tool kit, some surfboard roof straps (to anchor it to my shed and my fence) so it wont topple over ...

help me help me !!! ive just tried to remove my 30,000 mile old standard shock....ahem. i jacked yhe bike up loosened the horizontal bolt at the bottom of the shock but when i came to pushing it out ,it will only go so far before hitting the exhaust pipe from the back cylinder. must i really remove ...
