Hi mate, Pretty safe with an SP1, no major gotchas. Some may have had some track time but look out for the usual signs of abuse. Extremely well made and will out last most Jap equivolents. Some beauties there mate but for me its either classic OEM, Uprated classic (a la Norton 961) or useable uprated modern ( yours). As gilson said single sided forks and welded chain handlebars are certainly not my bag. Give me an RD350 with USD forks and brembos

Yep that was the ST1300, the miltary loved the ST1100. No probs at all.
