I just logged out to try it again, still doesn't work - but the Login on the upper menu bar at the left still works. I'm using Firefox if that matters...

Put it on petrol, you can't drive on an empty tank and if you only need a car for short journies you will pay less, which seems perfectly equitable to me! They already have, to the tune that you're paying up to £500/yr more for fuel than our european cousins in the form of the UK Fuel Tax. This ta...

Re: Petition Government against bike road tax rise

Like Timbo said, and these petitions generally are just this Government's attempt to 'appear' open and approachable, it's political BS. They'll record your opinion, put your details on their 'trouble-maker' database, write that to a CD, then lose it... Still signed it though

Uninstalled the old drivers but then it came up with an obscure error message (which was FA to do with the problem). Turns out a registry entry was corrupt and I couldn't c...

OpenGL support should come as part of your video driver set, only program I have that definitely uses it is StarryNight. Anyway, you might try updating your video drivers (may also resolve the issue with DirectX). Make sure you have a viable backup first - driver installs can and do go wrong.. :!: C...

How long do you reckon before there;s a 100BHP limit on bikes in this country (as a safety measure which will of course reduce motorcycling accidents)? Owners of bikes >100BHP will be required to hand them in at their nearest Polite Station, where they'll be handed an IOU for £50 by way of compensa...

The optimiser will give a hint about the condition of your battery, it doesn't sound very healthy if it goes flat overnight.

I find mine hates running on choke, starts first time but need to push the choke off within 20-30 secs, then it just dies. Leave the choke on at all and it just splutters. Have to tickle the throttle for a couple mins without choke before it will idle but then it's OK. Got iridium plugs in at the mo...
