Do you get the same results with a 43 in the rear?

Well I did the exhaust , jet kit, and air filter. Everything is great. Now I am thinking about a 15 tooth front sprocket. What do you guys think of this change? And does moving the rear tire back about a half inch, to make up the differance in chain tension make much of a differance in the twisties ...

Can I have one of those pills too?

Im gonna do the exhaust, jet kit and filter first. Then in a month or so when I have to change the oil Im gonna go with the ignition timing. I will let you know how it goes.
