Re: I'm the Firestarter!

Hi Chris

Good to hear from you too mate!

I trust you are well.

Not too bad for me Chris thanks, just seems a shame to have the storm sat in the garage doing nothing. Someone may as well get some use out of it.

I'm the Firestarter!

Hi all

Thought I had better say hi, I've not been on here for some time now.

I took some time out of riding to do some flying and have decided to let the storm go now.

Post will be in classified shortly.

Many thanks to all who helped me out over the years.

Regards Mark

Re: Cam chain tensioner week!

when turning the cct you should be able to retract the plunger with a small flat bladed screwdriver.. if its working you will feel resistance from the spring trying to screw the plunger back against the cam chain.

not sure if that makes any sense lol

Re: Straight bar conversion report

hi chris yeah for me the conversion was well worth the expense. it took me about 4 hours to get the feel for the bike as it now handles much differently than before, steering is very light in comparison..... not sure how much of that is the head bearings tho :) was also scrubbing in new tyres and i'...

Re: grab rail / rack

mike you a star :) appreciate it !

not happy about the prospect of damaging the plastics tho... any possibilities of modding it to stop that happening?
