I wouldn't fancy doing a track day on them but for my 100 mile a day commute, they are the business.

Re: was a bit cold this morning!!!
At the moment it's a bracing, and utterly fantastic 45 mile each way jaunt across the Cotswolds, but I have already got on all my cold weather kit, and it's a month til the Bike show to stock up. I reckon it's going to get a bit grim, quite soon...

Re: 175mph Hoverbike - 92 mile range!
Wow. Lots of naysayers around here today! :D It's like the speederbikes from star wars, which in my book makes it the coolest thing in the world at the minute. Hope they get it to work properly. Cos I want one. It would go well with my stormtrooper armour and our lasses bikerscout armour :) Just to...

Yesterday I fitted a set of Krauser K2 panniers and top box. Not sure if that was a good idea or not, or even how long they will be staying on after a weekend away in May...

Re: £10K Question......
I was left 10k last year. I bought a VTR! (Also a nice big shed for it to live in with a bench with a lathe on it and solar powered heating and all sorts of toys. Then the landlord pinched the bit of land the shed was on for next door so I had to get rid of it all... )

It would appear that I have nailed my clutch..
Apparently sitting in a rolling road block with 20,000 other bikes isn't good for em... :D So Wemoto has a range of options from 70 quid to 150. Is there a good reason not to get the Kyoto kit (cheapest) or a good reason to double that on a kevlar all singing all dancing kit? Nowt wrong with the met...

Lets not forget this is the paper that put fake pictures of British troops in Iraq abusing prisoners on its front page... They haven't set the bar very high as far as printing the truth. Toilets McGuire could be one of the few people to do a worse job than Piers Moron...
