That's right, there's no need to leave Alb just because you've changed bikes :)

Good luck with the Yam, at least it's still a twin

Re: Jamoi where art thou

Hi all, thanks for the replies & updates! I'd be really keen to catch up in person this year. I forgot how damned loony you lot are... broken clavicals & ruptured testicles FFS! Unfortunately I no longer have the time to ride my Storm, so it's going up for sale soon. This isn't goodbye from me, jus...

Re: Badly corroded exhaust clamp

Sent off revised drawing for kwacka style split flange - decided against the tube and bolt version as too much faffing about with extra material welding and cutting. This version can be simply cut out then sent for trimming (CNC?) to achive the interlocking pieces. http://cl.ly/280M2S0q0N2y/screens...

Re: New chain time

It sounds like you had a good deal at that price. Did you get JT or PowerRite sprockets :?: The kit arrived today. On the other hand, taking the swingarm out would prompt you to check and regrease the shock linkage and sa bearings, and apart from having to suspend the bike it's not a big job....but often "put off" or overlooked.
Good point Tony
