Re: Norton Commando
If it could be at a reasonable price, I'd be interested as long as the Norton name doesn't bring too large a premium on what is a fairly basic bike....

Re: sprocket change- effect on speedo
It's the faster acceleration I was after- that's what I menat by quicker (rather than faster).
So, if I go for the smaller front what % will the speedo under/under read?

sprocket change- effect on speedo
Looking at either front or rear sproket change to make it quicker. Will a change at either end affect the speedo and if so by how much per teeth change?
Thanks
Thanks

Dropping forks 5mm to help with running wide problem
Can anyone tell me how to do this - is this done through adjustment on the forks or is it more complicated?

Re: Battery charging with alarm fitted
Hi. My alarm 'key' doesn't have any buttons- it's just a sort of circle that fits into a 'female' circle on the bike...hard to explain. This seems to indicate it's not a datatool I guess. I'm not with the bike at the moment. Given that there is no option I suppose I just need to disable the alarm i ...

Re: Battery charging with alarm fitted
Thanks for the replies.
Do I just connect up the charger terminals if I leave the battery on the bike then? Is it as simple as that orwill the alarm go mad?
If I need to go to maintainance mode how do I do that?
Thanks again.

Battery charging with alarm fitted
Hi.
I have a datatool (I think) alarm. Battery needs charging - can I just disconnect, take out , charge and replace battery as normal or is there a sequence I need to follow?
Thanks.
