mine were changed at 20000 cos i thought it sounded rattly, i realised after that they were a lot rattly!!!!!! big noise difference and more peace of mind none of that listening for noises every 30 seconds (well fer now anyrode)

no difference to performance as i can tell, wether or not it's doin any good to the engine i don't really know, somebody with a bit more technical knowledge might, sound good though
