Working?

Does anyone else have the problem with the carbs flooding when doing a stoppie? Everytime I brake hard or do a stoppie, my bike misses and sputters for a couple seconds and then runs fine. Anyone have an idea on how to fix it?

Does anyone know where I can buy some of these in the states?
