mine was creaking, it sounded like it was the seat but the link bearing above the exhaust pipe was dry. checked them all, was an easy job.

quick question , I now have slightly lightened Flywheel , as seem to be the trend atm, been looking at the bike but cant quite work out if i need to drop the oil to swap it out, it doesnt look like i do but asking just in case .. ta :)

Maybe I'll try 2 long again, I did prefer how the bike felt with 2 short but it was a while ago.

I run 2 short stacks, have done for a long time now. tried 2 long but preferred the feel of the 2 short. I have 15/44 gearing so need the engine to run up a little higher from time to time. when I had it dyno'd on rogers dyno a few years back after having the jets changed 2 short and a K+N the curve...

Of course that works on the premise that the auto CCT's do actually hold the chain at the correct tension rather than are there because owners couldn't be bothered to adjust the chain tension years ago. But it all comes down to personal choice in the end.
