I am no lectrical person, but if your reg/rec is OK then it would suggest to me that the generator isn't generating. check the connections to it. the coils in the generator do breakdown it happened on my nc30.

I have been using "Super" type fuel in both bikes and in the car and they all seem to run better for it.

I have a service kit for mine, it cleans it really quite well and will do a few cleans. cost about £10.

Roger will also do the fork's by post if travelling is too far. Mine were just over £200 I think and £500 ish for a penske, but that was a couple of years ago now.
