Best way to clean a drive chain?

I've got my chain off at the moment and want to give it a spring clean while it's off.

Any advice on the best way to do this?

It's an O-ring chain, by the way.

Those Blue Flame cans look good - very similar to the originals (which I really like, and would be reluctant to change them because of that). Do they sound good?
